This video kinda sucks but I am still going to post it. My delivery was weak and Tom fucked up the audio... is what it is. Important to note if you don't like it no one is forcing you to watch.

Brian, I understand and share your frustration. However, these type of videos just start my day off with a big smile as I’m simply flabbergasted as to what some customers expect. I recently sold a bike with heated grips to only get an extremely nasty email and several voicemail simply saying the heated grips don’t work. When I asked why (as they were brand new) his response was that they don’t warm up the outside of their hands. It gets better as he thought he could just wear summer gloves during winter and now needed to “waste” money on buying winter gloves. 😂

Love the videos but my son ordered a chain and sprockets you showed in stock but didn’t have the 16 teeth in so he got the 15 teeth one you called same day to confirm issues. He agreed so figured you ship it out next day or Monday not the following week and if he didn’t call to see what the issue was you probably would still have not shipped it plus he paid for 2 or 3 day shipping so I think you owe him some money back for that.
