2:04 I too, am lactose intolerant. Except there's a twist: This ice cream would literally send my soul to the cross roads. I go straight up into what I can only describe as anaphylaxis. I bloat, like with lactose intolerance, and I crap everywhere as well, but my breathing also seizes up, I start itching like mad, and my hands begin to curl up like I'm having a stroke or something...It is....unpleasant.

Watergate salad...pistachio pudding, crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, chopped pecans, cool whip, and coconut flakes (if desired). Was a staple at almost every large family picnic in my youth.

I got a version of it. Un-named, but its the hood crossover. Literally. I liked cooking with my friend's mom. Her version was cool whip, fruit cup, cottage cheese, orange jello (just the powder, mixed in.) And orange or lemonade kool aid. Mixed together, let it sit in the fridge. Was like... i don't even know. A unique taste. But a good one. Closest thing I can think to describe it would be... imagine if Helen Keller tried to communicate 'tropical cheesecake pudding' to you. I like it better than watergate, hands down.

@@Volyren our version was the fruit cocktail, cool whip, mini marshmallows. Had to sit in the fridge for awhile to get real good, best way to mix was the fruit cocktail and marshmallows first then cool whip after the marshmallows get a lil puffy. Tasty, light, always room for it! Only for special occasions like Easter 😂 Nothing but sugar 😂😂
