I have a leg that’s 3/4” longer than another. It’s like 24 hour sudhana. There can be stillness, but my energy is always going crazy knowing my body is off it’s gravity’s geometric position. It’s made me extremely conscious of my body’s location within the barrier between my bones and skin. My internal universe is always without cohesion.

The mind and body are not to be trusted. Rarely do the two even agree with each other. Each has its own agenda and there is nothing to arbitrate between the two. And yet, each demands to be “sound”. It’s the ultimate contradiction of interests. So…what/who are we? It’s painfully apparent that we control neither the mind nor the body. We simply offer suggestions to each as to what may or may not be truth…we simply don’t know. In the end “they” decide. Why do we invest every thought and action in the mind and body when the two are continually writing checks the other can’t possibly cash? There is no such thing as “soundness of mind”…and “pleasantness” those are little more than a temporary illusion.

Yes, I think we are in tune but the body does have pleasentness, its a cheamical thing, because if that is so, reality is ilusion but its real, compulsive but real

@@Mauricioa1096 I didn’t say it wasn’t real. I said it can’t be trusted to offer anything profitable for the creature. Not to mention the fact that the body only has one demand….comfort. Problem: the mind rarely agrees with the bodies idea of comfort. Pleasantness, once experienced, can only lead to pain. It cannot be sustained for long periods of time.

@@mr.c2485 And in that there is few moments to experience something new, fresh in existence because our though is the past, so is a repetitive experience, once you know that, you can be able to just "watch" "your life" understanding that this body and mind are very conditioned, so i guess the meditation could start somewhere there

@@Mauricioa1096 Perhaps. Problem is….this creature has the nasty habit of remembering and at the same time imagining. Put the two together and the animal suffers. Meditation is merely a “suggestion”, it has no sustaining power.

Everyone famous has been corrupted and bought by those devils, and they all lost their credibility (those who had one..) just for money, may be blackmail. Now they are the muppets called "Trusted Voices". It is all deeply dirty. We must dig and dig deeper.

It seems fame corrupts so I'll figure it out sooner or later. I live in Wyoming in the middle of nowhere and I sure like it that way. People are just losing it
