One thing I feel it’s missing is instrumentals. All it has is that simple tune while the official ycr had awesome guitar and drums in the background. Not to say this one’s instrumental is bad, it just feels empty.

As rough around the edges the old animations were it still had it charm. The pixel sprites midway looking like an edited sprite ripped from Chaotix, with some touch up it would have been perfect. Also let's not forget about the environment changing from "these icy isles" to one of the Bowser's castle stages from Super Mario bros is rather jarring.

Love how this takes place in the first level of SegaSonic Arcade. Now that Mighty.ZIP is branching off to other sonic.exe songs, I'm curious to see how a Needlemouse one would be like.

I'm curious as to what a Triple Trouble D-Sides song would look like. Sure Tails would be replaced by Ray but idk about Knuckles and Eggman. Maybe Knuckles could be replaced by Sonic himself since Mighty, Ray, and Sonic were a trio in the SegaSonic arcade game but I'm still not sure about Eggman. Sure he can still be used cuz Eggman is the main antagonist Mighty is associated with but I feel like it should still be someone different. Edit: Just saw that a Triple Trouble D-Sides does exist, and my thoughts on the possibility is now irrelevant 🙃

This just reminds me of banjo and kazooie for some reason, probably the instrumental.

Song and sprites are cool. Left pose has square teeth and looks very out of place, and that single glowing eye Mighty gets at the end looks like it was ripped from a different sprite sheet and plopped onto this one.

Running threw this good video, not knowing where to like.

I think this song needs a tune up, its a bit rusty with most parts and I guess I expected more out of it (which I shouldn't and I apologize.) because of how awesome YCR sounds and this just feels like a draw back to it (Other then the Pixel Part.) But its pretty decent, but it can't live up to Too Slow D-sides or the fanmade Triple Trouble.
