Cut down was a lot better that game mundo is notoriously good into mages and assasins like eve rengar talon etc. As well as alistar they're just hard to burst down and mundo can run down eve very easily alistar can cc chain an eve to either death or force her ult and flash cut down did so much work after 1st item and the game needed to snowball they basically won the game at first objective spawn and gathering storm plays into mundo's heartsteel plan. Gathering storm is awful into most games

@@RGCDTB true tho as eve main(not really but okay her alot) I always wait to 3 item just to make sure I can one shot enemy adc...but my team blame me for not take down enemy adc bcs I only got 2 item...I mean yea sure two item strong but still can't one shot unlike kayn 2 item and shoot adc...

Elec is only decent on ad champs imo cause it scales better with ad but for ap champs always first strike

Electrocute helps you snowball harder, but first strike scales better. Eve needs to snowball

WR doesn't really have highelo any more. If you play a lot you will reach the highest elo in normal ranked

Not even close lol, especially in NA and EU. If you hit high Diamond to Master on PC you can hit Challenger on Wild Rift in western servers despite the ranked fortitude nerfs.
