Practicing just the feeling is so much better imo than practicing the entire imaginal scene in that it's easier to do and it's all encompassing too, meaning that this feeling can reflect out into multiple areas of your life instead of just creating a single scene. I've been practicing the feeling of harmony/love and was so surprised at the results. Multiple times throughout the day I found slight thoughts or annoyances that would've usually slipped past my awareness which I was now able to catch and harmonize, just from remaining in a single feeling/state. Things just work out effortlessly when you practice high vibe states, such as yesterday I woke up late and thought "Ah finally a day with no socializing," coz as much as love my friends and family, I'm still an introvert at the end of the day so I thought I'd catch up on some reading. But I still felt called to go online and order A TON of food like cakes and biscuits and random things, whatever looked tasty. Then everything arrived and I was like "Um why did I order so many things, it'll take me a week to eat all of this coz I'm 100 pounds so this food is gonna go to waste so why did I automatically buy all this as soon as I woke up?" And then not 1, not 2, but 3 cars full of people show up at my house. Visitors. And I had food for all of them 😂

1) I've gotten to the point where i get "blinks" of small manifestations. The trick for me is to stay neutral (comfortably and not strained), balance out thought/Emotion intensity levels and to smoothly/comfortably "Do" or execute. 2) The physical environment is like an dense anchor. It influences your beliefs and your beliefs influence your manifestations and intern the environment. To break the cycle, build a new loop by controlling the physical environment/clothing/people around you then work off that as evidence for your manifestation, then do action physically (only in accordance to your new narrative) The biggest restriction is the icky "I'm just pretending" "This is just a thought" "this will happen in the future, not now because of X" If you get the "But..." or the icky feeling that good because it means that the you've hit the "wall" that is designed to keep you the same.

I think Desires come to you. Once you distance yourself from the reasoning and accept a desire, they take you over and give you imaginary scenes, visions, words and ideas incl. the nudge to watch content like this. This is why someone gets so obsessed with living in Mars even though no one has ever lived there. This is why someone desires a specific person and could not get them off the mind no matter what even if there is no logical way possible.

I don't understand what this has to do with free will. I see many mystic thinkers who claim there is no free will. But free will is one of the foundations of what i believe. If there is no free will, how do we decide the state that we want and if there is no free will, how is it that i seem to determine where i place my attention?

Neville’s teachings are interesting, but I’ve noticed contradictions. For example, in “At Your Command” he states that if you want wealth, health, etc believe you already have it but DON’T condition it. Basically saying just know you have it but not how you’ll get it. But then in “The Law and the Promise” he speaks of the two separate instances where two men wanted wealth and security so they gambled on horse races. Those two individuals obviously conditioned their assumptions, so I’m confused 🤔 TLATP was written years after AYC so maybe as he learned more things changed, IDK 🤷🏼‍♂️
