I did have ShareFaith presenter at around $200 a year, but now that I am quicker at doing slides, PowerPoint works just fine.

Good idea, but doesn't really work for on-the-fly worship (meaning not planned ahead). Any other suggestions?

An older iMac (2011 or newer) in 2020 can run Keynote which does not require the internet to run and the hardware can run multiple screens. Lots of control. As a side note Pages that you mentioned is a word processor not presentation software, similar to Word. Keynote is Apple's version of presentation software and is free for Mac users. We use it at our church (almost no budget) and drive 3 TVs with a 2011 iMac via the Thunderbolt ports. The biggest limitation is not being able to edit an upcoming slide while in a presentation.

Did I say Pages when i meant Keynote, my bad. I love Keynote as well, but obviously not available to all churches for free. Sounds like you have a good set up at your church!

Not officially. There are hacks to do so, but they aren't ideal.

I like OpenLP. We use PowerPoint for songs and OpenLP for scripture. Just because PowerPoint is slightly easier to edit in. Although..... I'll probably write a macro to export all our PowerPoint docs to CSV though 🤔
