Your story was sweet, optimistic but also you remember of a realistic background (y/n could not get pregnant because of PCOS, which is unfortunatelly common). That is why it was nice to read it. I just do not like the 100% unrealistic stories like the one with heart transplant from a living young person. Good job A/n.
