Instead of alarmly i would recommend *shake it alarm* it actually do work you can choose a task to do like Shake the phone Snooze Blow air in the microphone And it does make you feel awake also it does contain the bed time option too

I think that alarm app might not be good.. doing a complex task just after waking might create unnecessary stress.. waking up should be calm.. instead i think should work more on what we do before sleeping
