Ouch! I hope you’re doing well and on the mend! There’s been so much going on that we all share and also stuff we don’t (my dad got ran over by a tractor and had to have a hip replaced a few months back). I think it’s been a stupid year! But then I also think about some of the good things and stuff learned and I think maybe it’s just been an intense year. Still stupid though. LOL Feel better!

I was comparing my makeup "collection" to my mothers......lol....she has ONE jar of foundation, ONE blush that she finally hit pan on, ZERO eyeshadow, ZERO mascara and maybe 10 lipsticks - only because I gave them to her...….my collection...weeelllllll… lets just say I win....roflmao

skylilly1 I have gone through the ignoring of my accounts before but honestly, I just felt like deleting them entirely. It felt kind of good and I’m not sad about it yet. I keep a private IG for Patrons - has about 40 people in it and they are the only ones I follow on that. Most of everyone’s posts are none makeup! Other than that though, nada. No mo! No mo!

animalrescuegeek Thank you! I don’t think you’re wrong there. To your point, I would add that we all have personal issues at play all the time and you’re right, it can be a sad choice. I think of times myself when I felt depressed, too anxious to leave my house - even to the grocery store, let alone the mall. How sometimes the only joy I could find might be from buying something and having a box show up at my door. The flip side of that might be also the lonely feeling you get from having that BE one of your only sources of happiness. Thank you for watching! I’m glad this resonated with you!

I don’t feel bad about it really, I just don’t want to perpetuate a notion... I don’t want to exacerbate a feeling of “I need this” in people. Ok, I have some things to say in all seriousness. This year has been shitty. Shitty shitty shit shit. I've come to the same conclusion about stuff. I don't need any of it or want any of it. Most of it is sitting around anyway. What I want is quality of life. Health. Happiness for me and my friends and family. I see products coming out and I just don't care anymore and this is coming from someone that loves playing with product. Still do. I have enough though. More than enough! Secondly I just felt like sharing this: a guy friend of mine is living alone for the first time & starting to try new things. He has been interested in learning makeup so i've been trying to help. I sent him one of your videos and told him how talented you are and that your a talented musician as well. Even though I sent him your video with the purposes of makeup I felt it important to also share your talent in music because YOU ARE THAT GOOD. I know it's scary putting it out there for people to judge but they'll do that no matter what. They'll try to bring you down because you're good. It pisses people off. So piss them off! Write your music, be the badass I know you can be and post that shit!!! That's all I gotta say.
