That’s why it’s important to GET AWAY, or STAY AWAY from the negative and the old. I saw the ex today, which pulled me back. I felt pretty good and hopeful until I met up with the ex to finalize, now I’m struggling to even see why I felt so good about the future. We can control negative by getting away from it. When it comes to rewriting, Ive accomplished that. I was raped at 3 years old by my father. I didnt have conscious memory of it until I turned 40 years old, i was having intercourse with another, and the memory showed up during the Intercourse, it was super intense, I was with someone I trusted, and so I allowed it to continue. For about a full minute the memory went on. I rewrote that memory in that moment by saying to myself Im safe here and now. Ive shifted. Its done. Im so grateful for all of this growth and expansion!

oMG YES,TIMELINES...oops.Yes, I'm through to the new one, i fall back here and there, when i doubt myself and when i allow people to condescend or demean me. Had 2 recent obvious jumps: My Siamese cat, who is more like a dog than a cat, Tangiro (Tangi, demon slayer) was running along with me and pounced next to me, then ran off, around the building. I still looked at him as he cut around the corner. So I unlock my door and, as i open it and step inside, still calling Tangi, here he is inside, ontop of the dresser, waking from sleeping on the cushion I put there for him, stretching and yawning and looking at me like i'm crazy, coz i''m calling him outside. I ran around the corner to see if I could catch a glimpse of him, then i realised what had happened. similar thing happened with my autistic grandson, Ziyad, about a week or so after

Be present, and celebrate that you have manifested a new life, but you still have to move there! I feared that moving South the cocoon be. would change what i gained from the pain in knowledge and wisdom, I think about what I did to get through it, and that's the energy that brought me here. In the last 3 days you have appeared. I watched this one feeling clarity to the end. My 3rd eye has been tingling for awhile. Morning Deborah, I just wanted to reach out and say thank you to you and the spirit guides. I got tingling through my scalp and chills through my body as you explained the tower the new reality and the old reality. I have been telling my counsellor of five years I wish I could open my mind and scrub it clean of the last 53 years. The last 8 years have been my happiest to date. I feel so at home the minute I step on UK soil I can breathe and when I return here I am light and the baggage has gone. I came back to NZ to finish my degree and get my divorce. Because of your discussion I see myself walking with a lovely white elegant long coat. I take it off and shake it. The debris from the past that I have been carrying around begins to fall off. It takes more than one shaking, but I shake it again and again. When I put the coat on again, I see more debris and have to shake it again. I haven't finished yet.
