Hello friends!
Today I cleaned a red carpet that was brought to me, which was very dirty in addition to being old.
I would like you to enjoy the transformation of this beautiful carpet.
The dimensions of the carpet were 4x3 (12 square meters) and the design of this carpet was a hunting ground.
Washing took too long and was really boring. But I think the result is worth the effort. The colors returned to the carpet at the end of the work.

Very informative video. I always wondered what happened to expensive carpets that fell victim to mudslides or floods. Now I know the cleaning process involved. However, I was wondering if there is ever a steam cleaning included in some of the processes or something similar that involves disinfecting. Seems like that would be sorta an essential part in many cases. Lastly, I personally admire the work performed by blue collar workers far more than white collar workers, as the labor involved doesn't get nearly the degree of credit that it deserves. GREAT JOB GUYS!!

Caustic Soda (the first thing they put on) will disinfect the bejazzers out of anything. Their might be mud left on after they use it, but almost all micro organisms will be as dead as a door-nail after that treatment.

scrubbing a carpet with a deck scrubber is a heck of a workout after about 10 minutes of doing it. Do that for a living 5 times a week and your going to get in pretty good shape.

It's shocking how bad it was. I sincerely can't understand *how* someone could let it get *that* bad without saying "hmm, gotta do something about this" and having it cleaned long before that.

Hi dear friend We receive 100 carpets a day from customers for washing, and one or two of them are dirty like this. Most of the strangely dirty carpets have been used by the owners in work and public places.

It’s very impressive… I cannot but wonder about the amount of water used to clean just one carpet… Do you have some sort of filtration system so you reuse the water or does it just end up in the drain?

I always find it interesting to see how much dirt is under the carpet after each round of cleaning. It's like "where's the sneaky dirt? Move that carpet. Aaaah there it is... trying to hide"

I’m curious as to where it came from and why was it so dirty? Was is a family heirloom or something? Or was it just an expensive rug that someone wanted to save? You did a great job by the way, I was shocked by how good it came out. I didn’t think the blue would ever come out. It looks amazing. Well done.

Definitely a crafted skill, thank you for sharing your work with us! I would want to hang or slope my rugs to clean them, just to allow the dirt/water to flow away from rug, instead flat surfaced. Is there a reason this is typically done on a flat surfaces, other than historical/traditional? Blessings to you and yours for 2023 New Year!

Written headlines, indicating each step and the products used would’ve helped explain the process. For instance, what soap product was used? How much water was used, and what is best temperature? How long was it in the industrial heater? Just a thought.

A slightly angled floor would save you a fortune in clean used for water washing away the shit water
