Ni, it was an extra inventory slot. There are 9 hotbar slots, and on that timestamp there were 10.

For anyone wondering on Bedrock you can't pick up an iron door when you mine it from the bottom half but if you mine it from the top it does. I saw it and immediately checked cause I'm suspicious xD
