Killer instinct is awesome, but I honestly have no idea how they could possibly mechanically evolve this game in a possible sequel. Every universal system is perfect imo, what could they possible add that would top what they have? It seems like new stages, music and characters are the only way to go.

Basically just new characters provides enough differences for a sequel. Each fighter adds unique mechanics, so keep the combo system as is, then add new d00ds.

I wish i had Max's ability to destroy someone after being taunt :( Instead of being angry and making rushed decisions, Max somehow becomes confident in body'ing the planet on his opponents. Kinda like super saiyan through being angry.

Finally got into this game after the KI documentary and it’s great that even after only doing the tutorials and messing around in training, I can sorta keep up with the gameplay now. Even the 2 characters I got into, spinal and fulgore are dope despite their kinda funky resource management. And with that I can now say by myself that this...this a mfkn fighting game.

Spinal and Fulgore? I hope you're not getting confused with how their teleports work! Since Spinal's teleport is based on your location to the enemy while Fulgore's teleport is based on your location on the stage.

Taunting is a good way to say you want the other player to play their best. Third Strike on the other hand, taunting is used as a tool to buff your character.

Depends on the situation. Taunting at the beginning of the match is a sign of respect. Taunting after you win is gloating. Taunting mid match, you're just being an ass.

Lol I remember playing 3rd strike in Arcades playing as either Q, Makoto, or Akuma. All 3 of them have great taunt buffs. I wound up getting into the habit of saying "Sorry, I'm doing it for the buff. I SWEAR IT'S BASICALLY AN ACTUAL MOVE, I pRoMiSe!!" to everyone as I did it.

i've always loved KI's freeflow combos, you aren't inputting specific strings for combos, you can basically make your own combos if you study a characters moves enough.

Max, season 3 Devastation Beam may not be great as season 1 hype beam but is so much better than season 2, also it would be nice if Fulgore's instinct mode would let him keep charging up meter to the full meter instead of just 1 meter bar for 2.5 seconds. Neither way it do a LOT white bar damage and do 31% or 35% damage and almost halfway to the end of lifebar, so Max you need to give the devastation beam today another chance.
