10 g agar agar sheet or 2 tsp agar agar powder
120 g dark chocolate
1/2 cup sugar, 100 g
Agar agar alternative: 7 g gelatin powder 0r 2 tbsp

If we r using gelatine instead of agar agar We should mix gelatine powder in water before adding in milk as u did or direct add into milk in powder form.
