There’s no such thing as language limitation in our business. I myself have a very heavy accent but I just do what we’re supposed to do. The only limitation we’ve is in our mind. Get over it and you’ll know how amazing you’re 😊

Keith, I teach my clients to mirror and match the person on the other end. I’ve made hundreds of thousands of calls and the same approach will not work for everyone.

They think you have a Buyer when you say "I am confident I can get your home Sold". There is definitely a difference between taking ANY listing and taking a listing that CAN SELL and the Sellers are Motivated. Lots of running around like a chicken with your head cut off. Lots of wasted time for Junk Listings. I see this everyday and talk to these Sellers who are not realistic.
