Ito ang dream retirement place ko yung nsa tabing dagat pagka gising mp lang amoy mo ung simoy ng dagat at dinig yung alon. Napaka aliwalas ng area sa labas at gusto ko yung white color sa kitchen. Sa lht ng pinakita mo itong fave ko. Pero dk type yung design nya sa loob lalo yung 2 stairs. Gagastusan din ng milyones for renovations pwd ng ipa rent or air bnb lalo sa summer time.

ganda nmn ng property (pero medyo pricey sa daming gagawing reno)... btw master bedroom po talaga ang tawag dun sa room( pero ok lng din nmn ang master's bedroom) pero lately primary bedroom na ang kadalasang ginagamit na term kasi daw may pagka racist daw ang term na master/master's bedroom nag iimply daw kasi ng dominance or something... kaya primary bedroom nlng para safe lol

Sa America when you buy a house it comes with stove,refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Naka furnished na yan. Kailangan nasa ayos ang electric line kaya kasama lagi ang mga stove,ref. Etc... By law na yan.

Before they sell the property make sure everything is ok. Walang pang gagalingan ng sunog. Nasa batas na ng America yan. Better to be safe that sorry or mSunugan ka.

At sa lahat ng lugar sa Pilipinas, Zambales at Palawan ang pinakaprotektado ng mga malalakas na bansa dahil nakakakalat sa mga lugar na yan ang mga sundalo at military hardwares nila. At kapag nandito mga allied forces, babaha ang dolyar. Kaya kahit anong mangyari, pinakamagandang mag invest ngayon sa Palawan at Zambales. Opinion ko lang naman po yan. Salamat po sa panonood. 😊

As a Realtor that's isn't selling the properties, it's is your obligations to disclosed everything as much as possible. It is A MUST to mention to your presentation how many Bedrooms and Full Bathrooms. Considering that the property is nice but there are a lot of renovation that need to be done. For 28M, it' is expensive

I've noticed in some of your videos that you are fond of opening cupboards or sometimes touching items like bric-a-brac impulsively without first asking for permission from owners or their reps. I cringe every time you do that. It might seem trivial to you but some people might get offended when they see you doing that to their property. One piece of advice; it's not hard to ask first before doing so. Asking them would show utmost respect to them and their possessions.

I should know because I live in the 'west'. Then in this video you open a kitchen cupboard and focus on the contents and even check on the coffee's brand. 🤣 That's too intrusive and I think it's not in the best interest of showcasing the status of the house.😆

Dynamic po ang batas natin, kung talagang bawal dyan dapat hindi hinayaan ng gobyerno makapagtayo dyan sa lugar na yan. Hindi naman po yan parang mga kabute na bigla na lang sumulpot. Besides, that area is generating income and money for the local economy.

problem in that place Zambales is water....!!!!

Depends on the location. There are areas that have good water source and I would say the beachfront property in the video is in one of those areas. Salamat po.
