You’ll Love Our Grandma's Quick Chicken Tofu Soup 阿嘛豆腐鸡煲
Ingredients:
Serves 3 pax
-------
1 boneless chicken leg (weighing a total of 280g - 9.88oz)
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon young ginger juice
A few dashes white pepper
1 teaspoon cornflour
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Other ingredients
-------
1 thumb-sized sliced young ginger
4 cloves sliced garlic
500ml (16.9 fl oz) water or chicken stock
1 teaspoon chicken stock powder or half a chicken bouillion (omit if using chicken stock)
180g (6.35oz) Chinese cabbage
150g (5.29oz) silken tofu
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
40g (1.41oz) glass noodles (rehydrate)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
A few dashes of white pepper

i'm suprised how...... simple this is (like its much more simple than I thought, if you make this in a small pan you can basically have a hearty home cooked noodle chicken tofu anytime at home

what healthy..tofu is GMO..pestisides,.battery chicken..fed with antibiotic. hormones..vege(seed oil)..cause inflamation..healthy? hahahaha.
