I love it but there is no natural light in the home that could cause problems but theDesignof this house is first class shame not enough daylight

I visited the house at sunset, hence the seeming lack of natural light, plus the blinds were closed in the front room. It's actually very light in my opinion but having lived in this village for a little while and having experienced the extreme heat of summer, these lovely stone homes are more efficient and keeping out the heat in summer and staying a more even temperature throughout the seasons. @@talesfromtuscany Marisa that is not saying I wouldn’t buy it it really is of a beautiful design the interior is just breathtaking and do agree in summer the house could be cool I lived upon a mountain in Sicily and it must have been has hot as Africa my mother in law kept all shutters closed and no windows open because of flies it was very hot believe me so really I do understand

Thank you so much for watching Rebecca and I'm so glad you enjoyed the house tour. Usually the furnishings are part of the negotiation processes and I believe that some furnishings will or can stay. The wonderful hand made table (made by the owner himself) in the loggia, is staying. All of the kitchen, including all appliances are staying. There are a few more items that will most likely be included but will be confirmed at the time of discussions. I hope that helps and best of wishes :D xo

Hello my lovely! Thank you so much for your support...I'm loving this new occupation as it keeps me busy and I get to meet lovely people and tour their beautiful homes. The gentleman who restored this is a local master artisan builder, so he uses ancient techniques and builds to an extremely high standard. This house is a work of art in many ways. Thanks for noticing the name change...The channel has remained the same for now but I love my new double-barrel name ...sending big hugs 💖🤗😍🥰😘

Great video Marisa! Although, I was disappointed that I could not see the price of the home because of the video thumbnails at the end. I would love to see some smaller homes about the size of yours. Maybe even some requiring a little bit of renovation.

So sorry...but the price is alwats written in the video description, if you miss it on the screen. I always repeat it in a few places. In this case it is 298,000Euro. There are hardly any homes the size of mine available on the market at the moment as so many homes have sold in the last few months. If one comes up, I'll be sure to try to show you. It is a lovely house. There is one really big problem. That first bedroom has no access to a bath. The closes one is up off the kitchen and it has no shower. 😮😮😮

A fair observation and I was thinking that a shower could be added to the 2nd bathroom to make it work better for someone. Sometimes when you buy a house, it’s not all perfect! My own home in the same village had the same issue and we are adding a second shower ourselves. Thank you for watching 🥰💖

Another soothing to the soul video. Beautifully restored property with gorgeous and thoughtful detailing. Great use of lighting in the rooms with no windows. Loved the kitchen and rear patio. Looks like it has a large total floor area. ❤

That’s absolutely fine. Not everyone wants to pay a yearly fee but considering how much it costs to build and maintain a pool this size in Italy, it’s a very reasonable fee you’ll find. Thanks for your feedback which the owner will always receive from me. ♥️🥰🙏🏼

Like all body corporate fees, the money goes into a "slush fund", for future repairs etcetera. @@TAG993 Plus the pool is maintained, cleaned and the surrounding gardens are mowed, planted with flowers each season etc. It also includes the outdoor furnishings which would need upgrading every couple of seasons I imagine. That is a yearly cost, so it's far less than many condominiums that charge fees each month. If you don't want to pay a condominium fee each year, then I suggest you look at properties without extra facilities like pools or an individual home, where all the costs would be your own.
