I am sitting here thinking about all the animals you have rescued since moving to the 40. Moo man, Mildred, Hollie, Rocky, Bandit, Jessie, now Gus Gus and Lola. What an amazing family you now have. The good lord knew you needed a bigger place for his animals. ❤❤❤

I really enjoyed today's episode! Welcome Loretta and Gus Gus! You are going to have the best time at Cog Hill Farm with Brooke, Jason and MaryCarl along with all the other farm friends. What a joy to see Loretta acting her natural way and Gus trying to squeeze into that pool 😆💞 That's like me trying to squeeze into my bathing suit! My neighbor had a few pigs and they would dig huge holes along the fence and escape. We would find one or two in our yard. 🐽🐽🐷🐷🐗🐗

My pet pig is a Hereford pig. He was a house pig, potty trained using mini marshmallows. At about 100 lbs he had to go live outside. He now weighs 500ish lbs. Such a big baby. Lol I told my hubby that my next pet piggy would be a kune kune. 😊 Loretta and GusGus are so darn cute. 😍

Forgive my ignorance, but I always "Hereford" was a brand name for corned beef; now I'm learning it's also a breed of pig. Always learning something new on this challenge.

didn't they have 4 pigs when they 1st moves to the 40 and slaughtered them??? Now they recusing pigs??? Why didnt they rescue those 4 black baby pigs they had??? I'm just curious if anyone else remembers that??

Keeping Gus & Loretta separated reminds me of a story I recently came across. Apparently two primates at a zoo were kept seperated... however.. the male found a small hole in the wall. 😂 You guessed it... they now have an adorable baby primate. Clearly nature has a will and finds a way. Be CAREFUL guys! 😂😂😂 PS: Jason's take on Peaches' 🍑 🐷 personality just broke me up! 😅😂

Yay, Peachy finally got some piggies to play with. I sure hope they all get along. They seemed so friendly. They'll have Peachy playing in the wallow in no time... Only caution is not to spray the water over there on the fence line they like to root and dig. He'll be digging out of that and over there with the girls in a hot minute if it's kept wet over there. And that will definitely mess up that 3 to 4 week timeline that you have to keep them separated..✌️And Blessings

What sweet additions to the farm family!! Just remember to watch them in the heat, please. Jami and Lester lost a Kunekune to heat stroke last year, an he was laying in the pond at the time. They definitely are affectionate and smart. Will be great watching them!

They are adorable!! I busted out laughing when Gus Gus laid it that kiddie pool. They are so friendly and love their colors. Hate to hear what Miss Loretta had to go through but I think those days are long gone. Even though she is deaf, that doesn’t seem to slow her down. I can’t wait to see both of them together in the same huge mud puddle!! ❤❤❤
