I have a feeling that the girl who was told "You are a Princess, You'll play your part." is gonna either run away or bring the kingdom down. Probably due to majorty of the non disney movies and shows featuring princesses that have one of those outcomes, especially the ones I have seen.

The sisters are attempting to console their sister. But their sister, while appreciating the concern and empathy, doesn't really feel like the words are comforting her. She feels like the words are rubbed in her face, that her part was too late, and it will be prolonged. That she wasn't as special as her sisters for blossoming into her magic and playing her role as fast as them. You can tell from the longing and solemn mannerism on her face as she glanced at the portrait, she thought: "Am I really going to play the part? Or will I drag everyone around me? Including her."
