I'm afraid I wouldn't have your patience. I would tell him that if everything scared him, to put up locked gates and fences. Otherwise don't keep repeating demands for a random member of the public, out in public, to show their face and identify themselves. His timidity and fearfulness is something he needs to work on.

I feel a bit bad for the lady at the begining. She seemed happy to see an auditor. And it went south for her. I understand why. But it was sucky, Red top bloke was a bit up his own backside a bit. And i am glad you stuck to your code in that scenario. The last chap was great thinking of your safety and advising you. Anyway, thanks for the upload,

I didn't get any of that from him at all. I disagreed with him, but I appreciate his POV and he gave understandable reasons for it. I don't think a person has to be any of those things you said in order to simply have a different opinion, no matter how poorly thought out that opinion is. And he was polite and respectful.🤷‍♀ The main thing that bothered me was the way he _only_ seemed to be concerned about being filmed _because_ BP was covered up. But I don't think that showed a character flaw so much as a lack of wisdom/insight into PINAC. But that's somewhat understandable for someone who just 'doesn't think about it'. We can't all think about and have a good understanding of everything! Surely we've all seen people who were FAR less willing to talk respectfully without resorting to... Well all sorts of bad behaviour!

30:01 It could be that these roofs are either unsuitable or even much more complicated and expensive than other roofs to fit with panels. It could even be that the roofs contain asbestos, which would certainly mean solar is out of the question.

I don't understand why some auditors insist on covering up. It''s just giving the jobsworths reasons to challenge them. It's much more satisfying when an auditor rocks up to a place, stays outside, and doesn't give anybody an excuse, other than holding a camera, to be challenged. Northern Audits and Focus Pocus are one of the best at that.
