I intensely manifested the apartment I just moved to. After being told for 4mths that it was not possible (quite the story, but it was/is the apartment literally right next door to me). I wouldn't give up. Focusing, thinking, intending, I just wouldn't accept the "No, it's just not possible". And now? Here I sit 😊. Just moved in last week. I am forever telling people how humans have no idea how powerful they are (yeah, I guess I am one too, this time 😄). But that thought and intention=creation. Just be aware that that goes for EVERYthing. Positive AND negative. Like attracts like. It is that simple. And watch terrific channels like THIS one, to be reminded of that power. 💜😊👍💜

Just to add a comment that may get overlooked; If the brain is just a tool for consciousness, and by extension the body, it's important to maintain and regulate not just your thoughts, but the systems that govern these tools. Imagine your car: you drive and decide where it goes, but if you have a flat tire, or your coolant is low, or you run out of gas, the car will not function as intended. Similarly, meditation, diet and exercise, and potentially therapy are key parts to using your physical body to catalyse the souls energy. You can't concsiously manifest your reality if the minds subconscious programming is affected by the bodies limitations, or even the minds own limitations. Give yourself physical power to harness the spiritual power, and vice versa. Love yourself always and the universe will return in kind. Happy manifesting!

“When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” - Max Planck Many believe that he was speaking of philosophy here (which in a way he was!), but actually this was an observation about physics, in effect anticipating the famous “double slit” experiment, or to put it another way… “It’s not the meat, it’s the motion!” You know I’m a devoted acolyte, Sehnend Sensei, but as a good and faithful devotee (I sit up front near the dais!), I have to say that I’m always troubled by you referencing “brain chemicals” and “electricity in the brain,” and so forth! I think if there ever was a “simulation,” it’s the soul “simulating” the physical body, and indeed, these realms… But I also know that I’m also sometimes wrong, and that I’ve got ever so much to learn, and that many need the reference to their physical vehicles in order to find the “Jewel in the Eye of the Lotus”… That’s all, beloved teacher… I will now return to my place and resume pondering and postures… - Namaste! i used to envision the girl i was going to marry at a very young age i had glimpses of her and kept thinking she was a very pretty girl. Well a few years ago i was trying to get my life back together and i was staying at my moms in New York and was on my Facebook and all of a sudden she pops up on my page without any mutual friends and she lived all the way in Illinois. Long story short within a month exactly she picked me up and moved me out here and saved my life! I didnt realize it really was her until a couple months later when i thought about it again. I dont think she believed me at first when i told her but i really think she does now. She is also very spiritual and empathic and has allowed me to be open with my beliefs and practices.

My mind is just killing me , always whispering bad thoughts , that i am weak that i can t do it .
