The cheapest way to get free from it is not to expose yourself to any form of sexual immorality! And always pray in the hours of 12am , 3am, 6am 9am, 12pm, 3pm,6pm, 9pm! It's okay to miss because of your schedule but try to maintain the tempo of prayer in these times ...pray at least an hour starting from any of these hours! Study,talk and meditate God's word! Whenever you are having sexual urges no matter how strong don't act on them think about them differently...it an attack from your assigned enemy! Rather understand that those urges are not you ! Take authority over the demonic spirit behind them and send them back to their source in the name of Jesus! Pray against ancient evil Altars in your bloodline and ask God to forgive you all the sins you inherited from your parents and ancestors! Ask God to execute judgement on anyone assigning these spirits to your life in the name of Jesus Ask God to execute judgement on these evil spirits warring against you in the name of Jesus!

Jesus died for us yes but guess what God will send his prophets whether you like it or not. He still gonna have a mouth piece speaking for him moving for him whether you like it or not.
