Hi, I'm also a Cold Stone employee, I consider myself pretty high level. I wanted to say that your videos are really inspiring to me. :) I've worked at 3 different locations for a total of 2.5 years so far. I would really like to be in a situation similar to yours or to level up in the Coldstone management field someday. I've been frustrated lately as I recently moved to a new location which does things drastically differently and aren't open to my ideas, so I have to completely change the muscle memory I have had for years and have little room for creativity. I've also been trying to get a management position for a while, but most store owners are extremely flakey and flimsy on that. But I look at your videos, and while my goals don't change, I can reflect and realize that I do enjoy the job and that I'm trying to improve at it because it's fun. I don't have to be so serious about it. It also motivates me to keep improving. I appreciate the work you do and the advice in this video.

You wouldn’t want to be working a job that just makes you unhappy. Do what brings you joy. I want to become a speech therapist one day and help people. I think it’s a good choice, I really enjoy talking to people. Life can be unpredictable sometimes, but as long as you’re happy, know that you’re on the right path.

I have always felt like I'm behind in life compared to people my age but somehow I have this deep faith and trust that I am where I should be and that I will end up where I'm meant to as I get older. I have to say that as a christian young adult its good to hear someone on the internet talking about church as a casual thing. i find people make too much of a big deal out of it so i really appreciate you just throwing it into your story when you could have skipped over it or made a huge deal about it.. i also just started watching your video literally a few days ago and i had no idea how satisfying decorating cakes and making ice cream would be. I get being annoyed at having to clean up after someone, but at the same time it's good to have a culture of teamwork and helping each other out. When I was a teenager I worked with birthday parties. We had two party rooms with a shared kitchen. We didn't actually cook, but we had dishes from the drink pitchers, cake cutters, ice cream scoops, and the party activities (kid friendly science experiments). Some people were like, SO fussy about not wanting to do the other rooms dishes. Stuff would just pile up in the sink, and sometimes people would wash as needed. I personally found it a lot easier to just do all the dishes at once. You're already running the water and setting up a drying area, it's almost more work to pick through everything to only get what you used. Plus having an empty sink made things easier on everyone. It's not THAT hard to help someone else out.

I just wanted to say what a blessing it is to find someone who is a true Christian and still doesn’t say any profanity and is clean. It’s not easy to make good videos and then be open about you Faith especially on social media. God is for sure proud of you! Also reminder that God can work through anyone this is just an example.
