TLDR. The Fragment only functions under very specific circumstances, which are not mentioned in the fragments description. The fragment is more of a downside than anything because there are many ways where it could stop working for you, even when you're useing it properly. Don't use it until it is patched.

Sounds like something bungie will need to fix.

so thats why on my warlock i dont feel it, at all, but on my hunter since i only ever have woven mail or radiant, it works like a charm i have another thing possible to test which i have had a feeling about: i have noticed the increased ability regen when the only buff i had was Facet of Command, maybe it considers that an elemental buff too? making the 4+ buffs shutting it down even more of a detriment

Without this video I would've never known that I'm getting no benefit from this, thanks!

Kinda glad it works like this, before I realised how it actually worked I never took this fragment off. Even when I wanted to replace it with fragments that could make the build better. I finally replaced it and realised the regen was almost the exact same 😅

Man, thank you so much for that deepdive. I buildcraft often and test things, but this goes way beyond! I have a free slot now for something 😁 Plz... continue this.. you will grow fast. I got Microcosm last night und wanted to craft a build to push it. I saw some things not mentioned before by other YT Channels. For example: no damage falloff! And that the targets you killed go down in the colour/element of your equiped super. Maybe there is a way to take advantage of it. Yeah. There are so many silly syngeries (which i love) and problems in this game, that you have enough content for the future 🙌 Another example i realised yesterday by testing: on Titan, the Aspect "Knockout", which turns the uncharged melee to arc powered counts as "ability" to proc the Heart of inmost Light. So you can keep ability regen 2x easy 100% up, even when your real abilities are on cooldown... but... the arc powered melee doesn't count as "powered melee" to proc unraveling rounds on the facet from prismatic.... It would be absolutly awesome, when you make this kind of videos for .... EVERYTHING 😂 in the game.

The real TLDR is; this Fragment is DEFINITELY broken, so don’t use it for now and report it to Bungie. It’s not powerful enough to warrant how hard it is to use, so it’s definitely a bug. Hopefully they fix this soon.

Doesn't sound like it's any more specific than any other fragment. Doesn't sound broken either. Buff applied, use your class ability, Regen increases. It's a triggered ability rather than a static ability.

Nah bungie notorious for not fixing things that actually hurt us (this). Instead focus on things that are beneficial to us and kill that first (facet of command). If we're lucky well get this looked at in act 2.

I also feel the fragment that gives grenade and melee based on light or dark also is bugged or buggy. That or incredibly weak

People,so many of the aspect give free elemental buff, use them. Facet of purpose litreally pick up an orb. The new seasonal mod give radiant for picking up an mod, use them walk over mode u will get them, in most situation u should always have a buff

If this is how the fragment is intended to function, I'll simply never equip it. xD

I think ppl have moved on from the get away artist build to try new things at this point, but those who still, def kinda sucks this is bugged, glad i have never used this fragment cuz i dint rlly see the use of fast class ability With how prismatic works i think i understand why this kinda issues has arrisen, sure they will fix it, might take awhile with the many issues tied to it

Why is this oddly specific and non stackable, I thought it'll be worth since class ability have nice synergy with other abilities, 1.6x doesn't make much difference and achievable with some armor mods.

Sorry to shut you down, but unless the fragment has broken in the last two days, this just isn’t true. Get those acts of arson ready lol. One of my most used builds so far is prismatic Hunter with the new chest piece and ascension, and my class ability almost always recharges fully before the initial amplified buff runs out. (Running 50 mobility at base btw, with amplified giving it that extra 50 I think). So amplified definitely procs it and I’m not sure why you are seeing what you’re seeing
