Another week in the Mahker workshop! 🔧
Tom show us how & why he's fabricating a long range fuel tank for an LS3 engine swapped Defender 110, and Louis & Bruno build a heavy duty Defender 130 chassis for a Cummins 5.9 12v engine build.

I’ve only gone and won the Mahker drive flanges 🎉 😮😊, Never won anything before, I’m made up…(Dave, I’ll be along presently)…I have read the other comments before I posted, so apologies Oli, but I did write the original (winning post), before your Mahker 🇬🇧 formatted post, which I did credit you with. So now all I’ve gotta do is persuade Dave to run some more competitions with all of the other kit I need, and win all of those too - PS Tom I didn’t mean it, you’re awesome ! 🫡

Looking at the height of them red non return valves. Shame they couldn’t of been any lower. But that would of require that Square contraption being rebated lower than the rest of the bottom of the tank

Height of the weld plus the size depth of the one edge of the Red none return valve 10mm 🤷🏼‍♂️ x that by the flat bottom surface are of the tank for example when on flat ground might have 3-4 ltr of fuel.

Really curious about the cummins motor I love American diesels but how does it compare to Euro stuff do you guys rate em ? Love love your work you guys our like top of my list of KZfaq car guys dirt lifestyle is a great one one man band does some great work to but my love is torn between defenders and older jeeps 😂
