There is no specific sum. Just calculate you accommodation cost and living expenses for the duration of your stay and put that amount in the account.

You can address it to the visa officer, Ireland Embassy of the country you are applying from.

Hi, thanks for creating a helpful content. Btw quick question, so my bank does not provide any hard copy bank statement anymore and they dont stamp on it anymore. So do they accept just online print out statement without it being stamped?

If you go to your bank and request it for visa, I believe they should give you, otherwise you can go with the online version.

@@annapivtorak9648 it was perfectly okay! I only spent 25 minutes in total at VFS Manchester. The process were quick as long as you got everything ready and printed out.

Pls ma, when re-entering the uk as a skilled worker would the immigration officer at the point of entry know you’ve not been working with your current employer at the border?

I don’t think so. As long as you have a valid BRP, you can always enter the UK. Just ensure your visa is multiple entry and they will ask you questions on what you do and at where.

I don’t see why they shouldn’t grant you the visa. Maybe you should follow up with the visa application centre.
