The Lancôme one makes your lashes grow!!!! It’s got a bunch of oils & vitamins in it to keep them healthy. She said she’s been using it since she was younger and I saw a big difference in my lashes after a few months! highly recommend

The eyelash primer does work. I have the thinnest shortest eyelashes and literally no bottom lashes you can see. It does work. It’s not like putting falsies on by any stretch but it does reasonably enhance. I promise.

Retired Lancôme regional artist here, the Cils booster is genuinely a good product. It doesn't only keep the mascara on longer & plump up your lashes it protects them & helps prevent lash loss & breakage. I mean just look at her lashes

Personally not a fan of the thick spidey lash look so I use a thin natural one but always can’t hold back until it gets spidery 😭 and 100% waterproof is a PAIN to remove but I hate when non waterproof smudges sigh

You can use an eyebrow come brush and take off the unnecessary mascara. I do it right after applying it to "brush" them. It really helps and keeps them clump free! Hated spider lashes when they were in trend, I really don't want to see them again.😅

Waterproof works great for holding a curl but a lot are chalk full of PFAS (forever chemicals)

The best mascara I ever used for short lashes is Lancôme hypnose drama. It’s got quite a chunky brush. When you apply wiggle the brush in at the roots right to the ends and keep doing that until your happy with them once they are part dry add a second layer focusing more on the ends. Practice a few times and you’ll love it. Makes your lashes appear thick and long. Hope that explanation made sense 😆

Hey I don’t have short lashes but for a boost I use uk lash serum to grow them some more and boy my lashes are so long and nice. Word of caution that no one talks about is that if your lashes already grow in slightly different directions you’ll notice it more but I just get a lash lift every two months but it’s defo not necessary.

Lash artist here! Please use a lash curler with caution ⚠️ they very often cut the lashes. I see this all the time. Make sure there are no sharp edges and replace frequently!!

My aunt used a lash curler for years and now has hardly any eyelashes left!! I’ve always been too scared to use them but also thankfully don’t really need them anyway

People are saying that her result is mainly because her lashes are naturally long... but without mascara, you can barely see them. The mascara looks worked wonders. A lash comb would fix any clumps

Maybe I’m in the minority but they look too clumpy and spidery with that heavy amount of mascara. I think going with curling and adding just one coat of mascara would look better because her lashes are long and gorgeous without clumping all that on. I’ve noticed a lot of influencers doing their mascara like this, Brooklyn and Bailey come to mind.

i use the same mascara! however i don’t use primer. it still works really well! so i’d definitely recommend using it!

Dang, my Mom would have laughed me out of the department store, if I had asked for Lancome as an eighth grader... especially an invisible "booster"😂 (I do agree they help, but my Mom definitely would NOT have agreed, unless it was a Wet and Wild $1 one, on my birthday. lol)

You need to comb through your lashes. It just looks extremely clumpy. That’s the downside of having long lashes and wearing mascara. Real techniques have a brow brush/lash comb that is wonderful.

Abby has long lashes. She has lashes that will hold a curl. My lashes are straight, straight, and straight. They don't hold the curl. Lost lashes using a curler. It's just NOT me. Abby I commend you on doing the make up after Griffin. Looking great!!

i have straight eyelashes too! my lashes used to never stay up until i sound telescopic mascara! i don’t know if you have tried it but i recommend it!

Late reply but I’m Indian and my lashes are super fine and straight. What I do when I have a big event is get some hot water in a cup and dunk the lash curler in for 2-3 minutes. Careful it doesn’t get too hot.

Coconut oil takes waterproof mascara off and is a great moisturizer and toner after washing your face. It’s also a natural sunscreen

You can also use that lash primer to lay down your baby hairs and on your brows after you pencil them in if you wanna fill in gaps

Ladies if you have short lashes use a lash serum!! There are a lot that work on Amazon, I started with the dash lash but I’ve seen the babe lash work miracles.. I’m using a cheaper version now 😅but works none the less. My lashes have grown and new ones have also come in, also the Asian beauty mascara “kill lash” will keep them curled for days if your lashes go straight with normal mascara. ❤❤❤❤ all that paired with a lash primer? Perfection 😍 I have Been using the essence one but will be purchasing the one you showed us Abbey ❤

i have the same primer but it’s a lotttt older. it’s a little chunky when i put my mascara on - js bc the mascara i use - but i have a clump crusher one so i add that. THE LANCÔME LOOKS SO GOOD AND WORKS SO WELL. it makes it a lot easier to remove your mascara as well.

I love Lila it’s almost the only makeup I use anymore mostly because I have such bad allergies to silicone and other chemicals that are put into makeup.

something i’ve noticed whenever i take off waterproof mascara is that whenever i use a more oily or oil based i guess makeup remover, it removes the mascara so easily

The L'oreal double extender mascara is my favorite, it's cheap and it does NOT smudge and it rolls right off in the shower :)

I use waterproof mascara and use waterproof micellar water. The mascara melts off in seconds! It’s a game changer! ❤

Doesn’t the waterproof mascara dry out your lashes? The formula is a bit harsher then usual mascara. I have found that the easier the mascara comes off, the better it is for my lashes.

I've always envyed women with blonde/ light brown lashes. When you put mascara on it is so noticable and really pops. Having black hair, I can't say the same for myself 😩
