Bless you for posting this. My Mom has dementia and nightly seems to become agitated. I tried so many things to help calm her and this is working, at least for today. It has such a calming effect and I thank you from my heart as you have helped make this night better then the one before.

what's everyone doing? even though it's the beginning of February I bought an iced latte because the sun was out. I am at home now and I have to create a portfolio to send off to the universities I have applied to. It's getting darker now because it is about 4pm and I am a bit limited for time though I don't want to feel stressed, in which this loft mix is helping with!
