A few things… Firstly, you look lovely in this video. Your dress is gorgeous. Secondly, this video is soooooo helpful. It’s given me a lot to think about, especially around VAT. I sell cupcakes, brownies, etc (that are VAT except) so I need to make sure Deliveroo won’t take VAT for these items. I put together my full menu, worked out my costings and worked on my business plan yesterday. I was going to onboard today. You’ve given me lots to think about, so I am going to hold off for a while while I do further research. The other thing is, Deliveroo does show the address of private (residential) kitchens. So there’s personal/family safety to consider too.

Oh! Fantastic but I'll say give it a trial for visibility and see how it goes. And for the address yes it is visible for the drivers to collect and customers too can somehow see it if they want to pick up privately. As for safety it's OK 👍

With the refunds i bet the app doesn't refund the business for the percentage they took for each order though 😂, ive already decided to go to markets and build base that way these apps are extortionate. I was talking to another restaurant owner at Christmas with uber, he told me that uber is ruining his reputation because he has constant customers ordering from him even on days he is closed and uber hasn't paid him or the drivers or refunded customers for 3 months and hes now in debt for thousands and no delivery boy wants to work for him all because uber system doesn't work. Great video btw I would love a video about what equipment you have and how many customers you are able to supply etc and of course food portion and costing.

Oh! Wow! This is the first time I'm hearing Uber is oweing a restaurant, in as much as these apps rub restaurant of their entire profit, The only good thing is your restaurant is known and you get that publicity, visibility and customer base that you ordinarily cannot get on your own. ●costing it's a bit tough doing a video on it as everyone craft is different and unique hence you alone can quantify and place a price on what you sell. ●with the POS machine the provider are the platform you are on. So I am on Deliveroo that's why I have this machine. UBerEats is a different one likewise JustEat. Thank you for watching I really do appreciate 🙏

So, firstly do you pay public or product liability insurance and approximately how much does it cost monthly Secondly, what kind of insurance do you pay like normal residential insurance or business building insurance and what's the monthly cost? Hello and thanks for waiting patiently for my reply. Yes you pay public liability insurance for your business, now depends on what you want. It starts from £28 upwards so this is not an exact price bit pls kind make your enquiry ok. For the second question If you own your property you don't need any other insurance except you are paying content insurance. I hope this answers your enquiry

@David-yn5bs it is worth it if you want to gain that visibility and popularity to get alot of customers then you can jump on it. Gain your organic customers, get them onboard your own website if you have one then rebound and that's it.

Hello can you please tell me I have been waiting for last 3 months after registration it's not showing 'awaiting Inspection ' on FSA site . can you tell us how much time they should take????

I don't understand what you mean. Is it that you have been inspected or you are still awaiting inspection by the FSA? You can call your local authority to ask when they will visit. And yes I waited up to 3months before they came to do the inspection

And when I am trying to apply on dilevero app they need minimum 'awaiting inspection ' as per email status that's why I got confused what is the process and approximate time ??

My EHO said yes, Deliveroo said no. Have to have a 3 or above, and after inspection, it’s 2-4 weeks before it goes onto the FSA website. Then you can onboard.

Register your company with the company how then contact your local council or better still go on the FSA website to request a home inspection for your Business. And pls make sure you have your courses done
