I notice you use this technique a bit when you really get it going. It always sounds cool and I'm like, " Yeah! You go Marty!" I remember your older guitarjamz Bonamassa lick lesson from way back. I like that it uses position 2. And I like that slide doublestop thing you threw in too. Tasty! 😃 Nice lesson, I have a ton of your courses in my library and find your hands on layered repetitive approach unique and most helpful. Your licks courses make for a great warmup when I go back and review as well a lot of lightbulb moments . Been following you for probably over 10 years ( the beginning). Just want to send another heartfelt thanks for helping this older player enjoy many years of playing with your inspiration ❤️

Rookie mistake: I bought an electric tuner for my acoustic guitar and tuned the instrument to the notes that appeared on screen and not the notes the cords were supposed to be, so I spent my first day and a half thinking "Why do my notes sound so different then theirs?" And I chalked it up to me having a parlor. I only figured it out when I was messing with tuning and all of a sudden two notes were tuned exactly the same and I was like "That's weird how did I mess this up?" And that's when the light bulb turned on and I figured out you can tune a guitar string to ANY note. Mind blown
