I've been waiting like three years for the chapters to stack up lol. I'm gonna do a reread soon and binge. I forgot a lot of things and that’s gonna make it even more enjoyable. I made it up Kallavan from what I remember. It’s a really fun journey and the worldbuilding comparison to One Piece is lost if you just watched the anime. It takes time for you to fully realize the story and world; that grips so many people.

Definitely my #1 Webtoon/Manhwa of all time atm and easily something I can recommend to ANYONE. My top 5 recommendations for those who haven't read much of these types and enjoy Action/Drama/Adventure/Storybuilding like me would be: ToG, Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint, Wind Breaker(The bike one), The Breaker(Trilogy), and Overgeared. Pretty sure I still have a lot to bring up but most of them are pretty much tied in my own ranking list.

A slight correction Regulars don't have to pass Headons' initial test. Only Irregulars have to pass his test. For most regulars, they start their test from the second floor. Also, the author said that the outer area of each floor was the size of Americas, not the entire floor itself. SIU also did not specify which America they were referring to so most fans believe they were referring to both north and south combined.

First, Jahad and his people did not climb to the top and Jahad has no acknowledged children. It is literally a plot point that he cannot have kids, whether that is true ie not important, all that is important is that everyone thinks it is true and acts on it. The princesses wouldn't exist if he could have kids, since that is literally a plan to create a female strong enough to have his children that Jahad hijacked because he has no interest in having children or climbing higher. These things are actually extremely closely connected.

If you like webtoons one I highly recommend you read is called Ordeal it's one of my top 10 if not top 5 favorite webtoons right now. It has 2 seasons of chapters out right now but season 3 is suppose to start later this year. If you like it please make a video on it I would love to hear what you have to say about it.

I begin to read this manhwa in 2013 in weebtoon and since then i just can stop. The compexity lore is fantastic, comparable to HxH (manga). The decisions the trio and some side characters have to make to continue their dreams.

Sadly these test and floors are suddenly dropped come season 3 since people now just teleports everywhere.

unlike most manhua the story is focused about the mc being overpowered,they don't even give side characters any screen time, be in TOG everything from the plot,mc , deuteragonist,female characters side characters, antagonist, character,power system everything about it is peak

Tower of God is slow but it's really hype. The world building is so huge. The artstyle of the beginning was bad and poor quality. Sadly it turned off people. Bad artstyle. The artstyle begin to change into HD 1080p quality after 300 chapters (Name Hunt Station - Story Arc)

As a guy who loves Tower of God, I basically call it the One Piece of Manhwas. The world building and everything is just amazing! The fights are hype af! And just learning more about the characters is simply too exciting. However, one downside is that despite how strong Baam gets, his ass is always getting beaten by someone else. It just feels like maybe he should get more wins. Other than that, him getting beaten is actually very fresh. He's actually one of the few shounen characters that lose to opponents and even bullshit power ups don't let him win right away. Spoilers for GOH. Now, God of Highschool is something else I read. I kind of disliked it and liked it simultaneously. It felt like every fight was just delaying the end goal. For example, Mori Jin and Ragnarok was peak but Mori Jin getting nerfed right after Ragnarok when he JUST CAME BACK is a kick in the balls. I actually really liked Mori Hui as he was an interesting take on the clones and then there's Mori Dan, who is the nerfed one....Overall everything felt stretched.

TOG is so good but there's still some issues i have with it like some of the cracked part 1 characters get done dirty. Granted the end of part 2 and part 3 scaling makes them irrelevant but besides some big fights in part 2 where bam is the star they could've been involved so much more.

Nope, it was boring af. I stopped reading after they keep dragging the two family leaders fight. I completely lost on their skill/ power because ultimately bam just use black hole on everything and win the fight. It's like what's the point of showing other skill? And that cursed girl, just kill her already and be done with it. My blood boil when i see her and i'm sick of them milking that over and over again. The powerscale is all over the place and powerful characters were just conveniently introduce with nothing building up to that. All the earlier characters were just fodders as the story progressed. The most OVERRATED manhwa for sure.
