All you need is:
- 2 scoops Clear Diet Whey (any flavour)
- 2 x 11g jelly packs
- 280ml boiling water
- 280ml cold water
1) Dissolve the jelly crystals in boiling water
2) Mix Clear Diet Whey in 280ml cold water in your PW shaker
3) Pour the contents of the shaker into the jelly mix
4) Pour the entire mix into a tray
5) Refrigerate until set and slice into cubes
