Why is he not the lead singer in Sabaton? Well, there are 2 main reasons: 1. he was the last to join Sabaton (2016), when Joakim was already lead singer for 17 years; 2. as others have said, Tommy is already a lead singer in his own band - Majestica (called ReinXeed before). Tommy started that band when he was 14, and they are celebrating 20-year anniversary this year. I would recommend checking out their songs Above the Sky and Metal United. The best singer IN Sabaton is definitely Tommy, but the best singer FOR Sabaton is still Joakim

To answer your question... because he is the leadsinger in Majestica! Also...In my find, Joakims voice fits Sabatons songs better, he has a more "Commando" tone. That being said, I love Tommy and his voice

Didn't I tell you to listen to this... he is the greatest Why isn't he the lead singer of Sabaton? Because Joakim is great. And Tommy is the lead singer of his own band Majestica formerly Reinxeed. Check that out. For example "Above the sky" from Majestica. They have a sick bass player named Chris David. He and Tommy share the singing on their Christmas Album "the Christmas Carol " also definitely worth checking out. Guess you have a lot of work to do now😀

My gentleman … Sabatons music fits Joakims voice in the storytelling perspective more.. dark and baratone voice.. while Tommy is more of and ”Octave higher” kinda singer… and i dont think Sabaton would have been where they are today without Joakims special dark/low voice… tbh ! They are two totally separate individuals in singing and Tommy has a whole other audience on his own.. thats my good guess 👍🤘🇸🇪🤘 Both are awesome in their own ways , they just happened to be in the same band 🤘🤘🤘🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🌴🥂🍺

Thank you for showcasing Tommy! If you catch clips from recent Sabaton shows, Sabaton gives Tommy a small space to show him off...but its so clear...from the reaction of the audience, that he is fast eclipsing Sabaton. His growing recognition on YT can't be ignored. Tommy does have his own band, Majestica, who had a Christmas tour planned...but now canceled by European demand for an extended Sabaton tour. Gotta pay the bills, gotta buy a lot of Herbal Essances shampoo...

Great reaction, man! Next should be his Steelheart covers "She's gone" & "I'll never let you go". Both of them are insanely good! He went on full... supersonic mode on these two! Actually he is the lead singer in his own band called Majestica (ex ReinXeed). It's a symphonic power metal band and they are amazing! You should definitely check them out at some point. And yes, I am 100% with you on this one. He is by far better singer than Joakim! I mean no disrespect to Joakim, but Tommy is hands down one of the best, if not the absolute best, power metal singers of his generation! Facts!
