I can’t begin to tell you how much this is helping me! I walked in to a very new very small church to fill-in for their singer one day. But I walked out a few weeks later as a worship leader! 😳 I have sung in churches before and directed many secular shows, but I’ve never been a worship leader. I feel like I have been stumbling for the past few months just trying to figure out how all of this works. I am so so grateful that I stumbled upon your you tube.

10:24 "To know Him is to love Him." True! But..... also a line from a country song from the 1970's - "O Lord It's Hard To Humble".. :)

A long time ago, I went to a christian-based theme park, and the person who was dressed as Jesus walked up to me and said "you are a worshiper"... and walked away. I had been in a Christian ministry for years singing in nursing homes, and the like... and although I had been singing at a few churches for special events, I've never been involved in praise and worship team per se, you know, as part of a group. I don't feel I fit in, any place I've been because it seems like a lot of fluff. I'm an entertainer, so I can spot the difference. Worship is me singing to my Lord, it's an offering from me to Him, and it's very precious and sacred. I'm just really turned off by what I see in a lot of churches today... it looks more demonic to me than true worship. I have often wondered if I am wrong to ignore what seemed to have been being prophesied over me years ago? I worship at home, just me and God, or at my own concerts, but never at church. The other day He gave me a new song. I don't know how to play the piano, but there's one where I'm staying, and we spent a couple of hours in this tune... It was very simple, so I could do it, and I looked up the Hebrew meaning of the words, and it was basically saying He wants that close relationship, trust and obedience from each of us. It was a beautiful time. Just thought I'd share. Blessings. 🙏🙌💖💕

The fact that we have a formula for this makes me not want to lead worship anymore
