he couldn't even if he wanted to, Advanced Ritual Art can only use a normal monster as material, and only from the deck. Obelisk is an effect monster, and I can't see anyone running more than 1 of him in a deck anyway, even if it'd technically be possible, since he's not limited to 1.

I mean, Duelist B had already lost. It literally boiled down to "Attack the defense position monster with Chaos MAX for game", since he would've done 7400 damage with that attack, precisely enough to reduce their LP to 0 (since Chaos MAX does double piercing damage).

I always find it funny when people do long turns where they special summon into another special summon then special summon a awesome boss monster before sending it away the next turn for a negate. Then all I do is play ancient gear fusion and bring out my chaos giant and crush every monster he owns. There really is no point to it and I find it somewhat boring to watch, if only more people made full theme decks rather then compose one of 50% meta.

Yeah, I always felt it would make more sense to say fourth‐rate duelist with a third‐rate deck. Feels more insulting to say your deck is good, you're just so bad at the game you still couldn't win with it.

@@pwanchi09 When Kaiba says that "You're a third rate duelist with a fourth rate deck!" is either you don't know how to build a well-rounded deck that can make up comebacks or your deck is simply just bricking too much most of the time to make much of a difference.

Chaos MAX would still end the game on the spot. Attack the Defense position monster for 7400 damage, the exact amount needed to kill.

chaos max dragon is the expert for deal 2 time damage point for opponet often play defence.

when there was the diva raid event in duel links, I used Chaos MAX to deal MAXIMUM damage, just 7.500.000 I had 1x Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon 3x Red-Eyes Black Dragon Sword a graveyard full of dragon type monsters Phantasmal Lord Ultimil Bishbaalkin and 2 times "multiply the ATK of all monsters you control by 5" blue-eyes monsters did 5 times the battle damage so I managed to have monster, that had 750.000 ATK that deals double piercing damage thats multiplied by 5 and Diva had a nice token in defense position with 0 DEF

thats why i stopped the game. 9 duels out of 10, the player playing is playing his life, doing turns that are 20 years long, and the 1 out of 10 duel, its just someone quitting mid turn. Yay what a great game.

I always hate duelist who always scoope after their long combo negate board who cannot other player playing is destroyed with simple combo. They are like a child who try to be dominant in their toys around neighborhood but when other get the attention because other is more simple and entertaining. They angry. Lol 😂 Talk about had little winny tails between their legs or they doesn't had any lol

I mean in this case, the duel WAS over. Duelist A had game right then and there. Attack the 300 DEF monster with Chaos Max to deal 7400 damage, ends the game instantly. Even if they hadn't paid 600 LP, attacking the Link with Obelisk would've made up the difference.
