I have been doing much shadow work in the past year. I started with an experience with baby dragonflies. I asked for proof of my spirit. Well spirit sent me how through a connection from work. I work for a call center and I noticed before I would get a call from this person my computer screens would switch places. In other words everything on the right screen would switch to the left side and the left side to the right. This lady and I had a conversation and I found out that she was on her own spiritual journey. She said that she loves to video herself sleeping to see orbs. I went out and bought the camera and set it up and was very excited to see what orbs I could capture and see around me. When I reviewed the video the next day I saw a lot more than orbs. The first thing I saw was this white transparent sheet looking thing fly by me. I saved that part of the video so I could look at it frame by frame. In the video at normal speed looked like I was hot and moved the blanket off of me to cool off and the sheet flies by. When slowed down I thought what am I doing with my hands? It was like I was moving my fingers and touching light. Then the white transparent sheet actually had a form of a head and torso kinda like a ghost without a detailed features but is surrounded by light 🕯️ is the only way that I can describe it. The first thing that popped into my head was that is me! I sent the video and still pic to the lady who turned me on to video she started to look more closely at her own recording and was able to see her own spirit and sent me her video and still pic 😁. I have shown a few people but I feel like I should share this information with the world 🌍. I would add a picture but I don't want it to prevent my story and experience to be haltered and shared with others. Much love to all of you 😘

I resonate with the feeling of being stuck or stagnant right now. I'm still in a state of physical healing from surgery, so physically I'm kind of stuck. I also feel like I have been drinking from the fire hose so to speak with downloads I have been receiving. It's been hard to process all of them and keep track of them, and I'm feeling like I need to slow down, take a breath, process so I can move forward. But always onward and upward!

Funnily enough I drank 4 massive tumblers full before bed. I couldn't stop myself and I felt so full but so thirsty.
