amazing videos you're amazing i even got a raspberry pi 4 thanks to you and i wana learn ethical hacking but hey i have an isue im trying to connect my 3.5'' touch screen and hdmi port monitor at the same time to use them together but i cant get it to work saw some old videos on youtube where some people got it but very on clear on how to do it :( and you make amazing toturials so i thought i'd just ask and hope for the best :P

I love these videos, they always seem to turn a boring topic into something interesting/relatable, however it has been almost a full year now and this was the last video posted for the course. Saw your video with Kevin Mitnick on screen. I remember writing a paper about him in my high school computer class back in the '90's and I recently read his book, "Ghost in the Wires"; got goosebumps with almost every chapter - dude was the KING of social engineering. Thanks for the video NChuck!!

The tailgating scene in Hackers👍 Yesterday though.. during the stream you mentioned how if you had no certs, or general foundational knowledge of i.t you'd still be applying for jobs right now. Think you can touch more on that topic, like how you would go about it, working remotely for the first time, what to avoid etc etc Appreciate all the content man 🙏 Truly.

Chuck. My Intro to Networking Concepts professor linked your video about WiFi hacking at a coffee shop with the evil twin attack on your wife to our class discussion board to discuss about modern WiFi network security awareness. I immediately was like, "Dude! I'm subscribed to NetworkChuck! LOL!" So yeah that was cool that my professor watches you too. You've probably been the biggest inspiration to me during this crappy year called 2020. I'm one semester away from getting my Computer Information Systems Associates degree + CIS certificate and after that I am going to start studying for my CCNA, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, Linux+, EC CEH, OSCP, and CISSP in 2021. You've also inspired me to make my own KZfaq channel about my journey to becoming a penetration tester / network administrator so I bought myself a Sony a7c + 24-105 f/4 and downloaded GIMP, Shotcut, Kdenlive, and OBS Studio on my Linux Mint Cinnamon OS. Thanks for being that KZfaqr to literally inspire me to make life changing career decisions as well as sparking the drive for me to start my own KZfaq channel. Keep doing you brother. Your channel is going to be a huge inspiration and influence on my new channel!

Later in that same episode of breaking bad where Walter convinces the Swartz’s that he hired hitmen who will watch them to make sure they gave his money to his children seems like a good example of social engineering.

I worked for McDonald's headquarters, i remember being to told not to believe anyone who calls the Computer room, (Fish Bowl) it had a glass wall and everyone who walked by could look in and see us in the room, sometime someone would call and tell someone to type in a command line into the computer, if it happens report to your manager...

I got a call from someone claiming to work for Windows (not Microsoft) who told me my computer was sending them alerts that it was full of viruses and I needed to follow his instructions to let him have access so he could fix it. I pretended to believe him and jerked him around for 20 minutes acting like I was trying but failing. Eventually I told him I use Linux, not Windows. That's 20 minutes he couldn't spend scamming an old person.

A service provider company I worked for had a phone caller impersonate our corporate controller and asked an accountant to email him the all the employees financial information and they were dumb enough to do it. Lots of people had their taxes filed early and their refunds taken away from them. ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK AND ASK FOR ANOTHER SECURITY VERIFICATION.
