Loved your last deleted video... so human to think it wasn't good, sometimes it's necessary to have background noise for us listening to pay attention ... you are a beacon of light regardless of what you say...good to know as I go along in these lessons/ideas. 💙💚💜 A few videos ago, it might of been deleted, you were in your mums garden, it was a beautiful healing video about your relationship with your mother. yes I am still reconciling the human within me LOL… but generally I like to sound to be crisp and there are plenty of other videos or saying much the same thing that have a similar vibe so I hope you find something amongst them that you like as well❤❤

Mmm and your explanation of what a journey into fear actually looks like does make sense in this context. To go into the fear and allow it to be healed rather than running from or adjusting to it makes more sense. I've always been a runner and it's funny that the same things I always run from continue to manifest again over and over. It's curious that since I've started with the course and listening to your talks about a month ago I haven't ran yet - I've faced what's come up in me. I've opened my mouth at times when I would have cowered - I stayed when I would've ran. I'm going to reiterate that this course is the first thing that's truly struck a cord with me in years even with all the other spiritual teachings I've tried to practice. Thank you again man.

that is awesome and I really appreciate you making this comment, and it is even better that you are becoming a reliable witness to your own changing habituation. A lesson repeats until it is learned and you take your own mind with you wherever you go, so yes there is no point in running, however this does not mean to stay put in the face of fear if there is a danger to the vessel etc , And sometimes when you run you maybe doing that consciously as a way to give yourself a little breathing space to prepare yourself for when the lesson comes around again as a matter of gaining faith … but I have always found the best practice is to have faith in the here and the now and let that fear come up❤
