James was more human at this episode than he has ever been at the whole show. I was very happy when he got fired because he deserved it. He didn't listen to anyone and that's why he lost. He was such a twat to his female colleagues. The way he treated Roshin at the fair was terrible. And he jumped on Bianca too in an earlier episode. And they were only trying to tell him stuff. Way out of line.

Sanjay was awful. He probably ducked selling because in week 5 he was project manager he lost and got Jenna fired because she displayed a crap tour. Now he thought that because James was his project manager and if they lost he could get Sanjay fired for failing to sell.

I don't care if Daniel's on the winning team next time, he needs to GO!

James is your lovable working-class gent with a magnetic personality and killer good looks, he just didn't have the experience and theoretical knowledge, but he is a very good lad and despite being far too nervy and a general fire salesman he has many good qualities beyond the cubicle and office space.

Just too many catastrophically stupid mistakes not to let James go this time. He really couldn't have done much worse in this task if he'd actually tried to deliberately screw it up.

I doubt I will enjoy watching the apprentice as much as I did when James was on, yes he's a bit big headed but he's a likeable and very funny guy.

If only James had shown a more humble, realistic. human attitude earlier on in the series. If only he had occasionally listened to the other candidates. If only he had given himself time to just THINK. He might still be a candidate. Shame.
