I prefer skwovet to Pidgeot for the anti-deck-out. It doesn't activate seal stone, but it still synergizes crazy well with Bibarel

I was playing this match up yesterday and I still hit Tsareena-ex even with panic mask equipped… idk if bug or not

It's attack goes through effects so panic mask wouldn't stop it

Hey man. So I wanna make a deck suggestion: revisit Meoscarada. Because the new sort of “norm” is mostly dark types, not only can it one hit ko darkzard but it can also take six prize turns on Roaring Moon since meoscarada can juggle around that last little 30 damage counter push all around the board, which is everyone’s DREAM right now. You can go for 4, 5… maybe six prize turns against roaring moon? So yeah, just basically requesting that you do a Roaring Moon counter-deck with meowscarada.

You could also play it with arven and luxurious cape for an aegislash that can survive a triple sableye and cram

I got the Aegislash deck in the pre release tournament in my city and I figured early this deck would bring many headaches on the current meta.

For me the key to win against the new decks is Toedscruel, its ability is great against tsareena and roaring moon. I always laugh when them attack and loose the turn haha

someone on the subreddit was using Luxurious Cape on baby Aegislash so he can tank more hits from single prize enemies. It wouldnt against Instant KO effects or stuff like Tsareena ex but i think it can work!

Aegislash has been my favorite deck to run in this meta so far! I like the version with Scizor as a secondary attacker for 1 energy and free retreat on Scyther

just found out that shred on giratina v goes straight through aegislash. that matchup is an auto loss. same with iron valiant if they turn one yoga loop

You can use pokemon from standard in standard, but you cant use any old cards except in the expanded format, i hope this was your question..

Luxurious cape would be a great addition. I think. It makes really hard to knock it out for single prize decks

250 hp on a pokemon that can only be ko'ed by single prizers HAS to be up for consideration. That'd sounds so stupid.

@@milkywae749 yes it sounds weird but Sableye needs 3 rounds to KO Cramorant also. (They can use defiance band but i’ve never seen one in lost box) Klawf needs two rounds. Zoro Box could easily KO but in that case, you dont use it Gardevoir easily knock you out too, but it does not matter how much hp you have

Why don’t you make a deck with Orbeetle (the one that summons more stage 2’s) with some of the stage 2 ex Pokémon before the E block rotates? It’s almost like a stage 2 version of Zorobox!

Still feel like mimikyu serves the same purpose but better, also note that Tina V can damage aegislash and mimikyu is a basic not stage 2, fun deck yes but there are better options imo
