Oh I am so happy you bought one of her funnels!!! THEY ARE AMAZING!!!!! My honest opinion and recommendation is that everyone who owns the Elizabeth ward containers needs one of her funnels!! Its a game changer for real. I honestly never liked using the containers until I bought and owned her funnel!! It makes it SO MUCH EASIER to pour the drills back into the container after using a color in a tray. Also the big size may look intimidating but its neccesary to be that big so you have no worries of spilling any drills out. Trust me the size is a GOOD thing!!

Awe thank you I'm so glad you love the funnel. They were designed to make it easier to use the containers. I also just released lids for EW containers you can now have different colored lids and they have a hinge so they stay open and they lock tight 😊

Hi Amber! Would you mind helping me understand how a funnel is a help with a container that already has such a wide opening? I’m genuinely curious, not trying to be snarky. I have the containers and am trying to decide if I ‘need’ this, lol.

Wow the Element tray is very intriguing. I just went to their website. You can buy the inserts separately. Not sure yet if they fit in their other trays but they would be smart to have a uniform size to allow for switching. Also, you could get a pretty color and use the white inserts. Thanks for this video.

I am so glad you love the funnel! I did the same thing you did - not getting it on the tray far enough, but once I figured it out it was a smooth and easy process! I hadn’t thought about using it to pour drills back into the container from a tray - so hand slap to forehead for not thinking of that!

I have got the Element tray coming, and I can't wait to get it. Thank you for showing us how it's used. And it makes me even more excited for mine😂. I have got the single placer from DAC, but I found I had to try a lot of pens before I got one that the tip fit, but I do love using it. I do love that funnel that you bought. It is something I might have to get for myself. Thanks for sharing.💜😍💜

I'm so glad you liked the funnel 😊 I'm sorry about the color but being Rainbow I wish they would make the colors closer together so you get more than one color on small prints. I'm glad you figured out how to clip the funnel on to I was like no it's supposed to be hands free and easy lol 🥰🥰

I exclusively use Firefly trays, and I love them! I also only use white for the same reason. Although the ones with color are so pretty!

IMPRESSIVE!!! I saw a Firefly item recently but hadn’t heard of them before that. It was a tray with a TARDIS cover and was tempted to get one for my daughter who is a big DR WHO fan (but not a DPer). Wonderful items. Enjoy your purchases.

Hi Daphne, terrific video! I will try the Firefly trays next time I buy trays. I love that you show us how things work and try them live and in person 😊 I adore my six place or from DAC and will get the three when it’s available. Because the 6 holds seven squares I assume the three placer will hold four square drills. Thanks for sharing ❤ from 🇨🇦

Oh and I too got the 3 placer tip from Diamond Art Club. I love the slim look and man I love using it. As you know, I am not that great at multi-placing but this tip is giving me hope. 👍

I didn’t think I would like it, but I do. Although it somehow seems smaller/more delicate than other tips, even though it’s metal. I’m definitely looking forward to trying the 6 placer when it restocks. Thanks for watching!!

That is a big funnel! But seems to work well, would be great for me as I have shake in my hands at times + drills tend to go everywhere!! Those trays look great but I'd imagine international shipping would be dear.

Just ordered one of the trays with the inserts. The single one will be perfect if you mix colors together! That is probably the only time that I would use it, but it does happen

I have always preferred 3 and 4 placers. I just ordered a pack of 4 placers (not sure that I can say from where). I don't understand why it is not more common. Love these trays! Thank you for sharing! Now, time to go shopping 😁

I have the 3 placer and agree with you about they shoulda done a 4 placer. On notify for the 6 placer. I do like the plastic DAC multiplacers.

I love the 3 placer from DAC. by far the best placer I've used. I have to 2 placer as well. Just waiting for the 6 placer to come back in stock. 🤞🤞 they bring in a 4 and 5 placer. Those 2 are my favs to use

Again, we're on the same wavelength. I just ordered a Firefly tray a couple weeks ago. It hasn't shipped yet, but I too saw it on instagram. I wanted it for the lid and the closed spout. I always spill when putting them back in the container. I was going to get one of the ones you did, but I opted for the flip spout, so I hope it works as well as yours. I completely forgot when I told you how much I love my 6 placer from DAC, that I did have issues with it fitting in my pen. I only have one favorite pen right now, but it wouldn't fit in one end, and it did in the other end. I also noticed one of my tips had an O ring that came with it, and the other did not. So I took one off a tip I didn't like and put it on the loose 6 placer and it fit quite nicely. Then I broke my pen and now both of the placers are fixed permanently with UV resin.. haha So, it became a non issue. Anyway, all that to say, I guess, as much as I absolutely LOVE my six placer I do think the design needs to be tweaked a bit where it inserts into the pen. The tip is perfect, to me, but yeah. I wonder if it's made to fit just their pens? I don't know, but I still love it. I just had to make it work for me. Sorry again for the long comment.. Forgot to say though, my six placer holds 7 square, so your 3 placer will probably hold 4 of them. If they're made the same, of course.

I’ve had several people comment about fitting issues - I have extra silicone spacers from other tips that I will likely use if I have a problem with the 6 placer. Once it is restocked and I can get one! Thanks for watching!

Love those items. I got a single placer and a set of tips from DAC, they’re not my favourites, that was at the beginning of this year or end of last year, so they may be different now.

I don’t like the single placers like DAC has, which is why I wasn’t sure if I would like the multiplacers. After using the 3 placer, I like it, but I’m still wishing it was a 4 placer. 🫤 I’m waiting for the 6 placer to be restocked so I can try it. Thanks for watching!!

Hi Daphne, I have mixed feelings about the metal Placer. One being that I feel like I have to refill my putty a lot more than usual with it. I recently switched back to my plastic thin placer. (I use randas putty as well as butterfly effect ware putty and had this issue w both)

So im pretty sure the extra bases are meant to go inside the tray only one at a time haha, and you just take out and use whichever base you want to as you go :) I am on my way to get me a set of those as well. Coolest Tray EVER!!!! I love Fireflys Trays they are amazing and their whole tray company is out here changing the diamond painting game in a good way haha They are amazing!!

Thanks for another great video. I am one of those people who ‘wants all the things.’ But, can you help me understand the benefit of using a funnel with a container that has such a large opening? I’m genuinely curious and will need to have a reason when my husband sees it on the statement, lol.

The benefit is that it keeps drills from spilling all over when filling the containers. Especially if the drills are staticky and tend to bounce around as you work.

I love the idea of the interchangeable grids, and the trays are very high quality. But it does add to the cost. I want to try one of their smaller trays to compare. Thanks for watching!!!

It's all very expensive things and I've found just getting inside kit for less than $15 or more... 😢😢😢 Not everyone else can pay Big Priced tools... When local craft stores have them at cheaper prices for lower class people 😢😢

I find none of them fit in pens except the ones that come with the kita themselves so the cheap pena in the kits.

Super cool! I bought the diamond art club single placer and like it but was surprised it rocks in a diamond art club pen. I think I’m going to try carefully drilling with a very fine drill the opening a bit then securing with putty. We’ll see.
