You're measuring groups wrong. Here's why, and how to do it right

The conventional method of measuring groups has long been the standard by which rifles, ammo, and shooters were tested. But it's a crappy way to determine performance. Mean radius, the method by which the US Army evaluates rifles they're potentially spending billions on, has always been considered better... but for decades it was simply inaccessible to the average shooter. Thanks to apps like Range Buddy it's now in the hands of the everyday gun owner.
So you have no excuse.

Why does 1 flyer count against the overall group? If I put 9 shots at 100 yrds that you can cover with a Nickel, and i push 1 shot out 3" away, that's obviously my doing and not the rifle or ammo. I think you throw that flyer out all together and call that a sub-moa group.

Nice 3rd gens on the magazine cover. As for your measuring description, it's not "6.9 inches" in your chart, its clearly 6.9 moa... And quit saying "inch moa" its either inch or its MOA, not both combined. There's no such thing as inch moa...
