Your Grandma lived by the word of God where it says "GOD resists the Proud and gives Grace to the Humble. She often said people should never brag or boast on themselves by let other people compliment you - which is also biblical.

Very good topic! The irony is that society changes so often in terms of what is defined as pretty and the world adopts that thought of pretty. Now there are models with skin conditions and they are described as pretty/beautiful when back in the day shades of brown where used to define who is and isnt pretty. One thing about outside pretty is it is sure to fade as we all age that is when the beauty on the inside shines bright. But to your point, as the old saying goes.. beauty is in the eye of the beholder!

Ouuu thank you for this! Beauty is definitely in the eye of the beholder. I recorded this for 45 minutes and had to narrow it down to 12 lol but I’m thinking of sharing more on the topic. Especially my experience in LA. It’s very rewarding and refreshing though that we get to live in the generation where everyone is celebrated. That’s why I love artist like Lizzo who challenge the “status quo” I get bored of the same faces, doing saying, wearing the same thing. But yes BEAUTY never fades when it’s built in character. 🫶🏾💕

THANK YOU FOR THIS! SINCE I’VE HAD CHILDREN I FEEL LIKE I’VE BEEN A BIT INSECURE.. I FEEL LIKE I HAVE TO START PAMPERING MYSELF AGAIN AND GETTING DRESS DRESS. THOSE ARE REALLY THE ONLY THINGS THAT I HAVE NOT MADE TIME FOR SINCE BECOMING A MOTHER. IM A MOMMY BUT I CAN STILL MAKE TIME FOR MYSELF AS WELL AND DOLL MYSELF UP. THATS EXACTLY WHAT IM GOING TO DO THIS WEEK TOO.. THANK YOU! ❤️

Hey love, I am so glad you received this well. I was so nervous to post this video because I just wanted women to remember that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. And I’m so glad that you as a new mother is going to take the initiative to prioritize yourself. Because that’s really what it’s all about it’s just about doing the things that make you feel whole and feminine and beautiful and commanding the room. Even if it’s at your house with your beautiful kids and husband lol. ❤️
