IMO him “laughing at the abuse”, was him trying to keep the mood light as he sees her personality and knows somewhat how she may respond. As you see she doesn’t hit him or even throw the papers. As far as I’ve seen he has a good way of connecting with his guests to make them somewhat comfortable to open up. Sn: DV is very normalized now a days that’s why she was so chill about how she was addressing it. It’s sad and does need to be addressed overall.
