This video will explain you how to play Bloodhound in Apex Legends Season 16. Bloodhound received a massive rework for Season 16, and like most players, I didn’t truly understand the specifics of the rework. On paper, it seemed like a very big nerf to Bloodhound’s kit. HOWEVER, after playing Bloodhound this Season, if you truly master the way to use this legend now, you can still find tons of success and dominate in your games. EDIT: You do recieve extra time in Ult from knocking enemies. I was watching my timer in TDM and it wasnt increasing there but it makes sense that you get bonus ult time for knocks in BR only. COMMENT YOUR Favorite thing about Bloodhound!!!

Bloodhound is the better aggressive tracker....while Seer is the better team-oriented tracker

I agree. In my opinion, Bloodhound pairs great with Octane, Bang, and other aggressive/movement style legends, whereas Seer pairs well with legends like Caustic, Wattson, and Catalyst... Obviously either legend can play either role, but that's just what I find most synergistic.

Either give Bloodhound aim assist in smoke, or reduce the noise he makes in ult less noisy. It’s makes no sense that a “hunter” would be this loud🎉

Bloodhound skins and scans are too dope. Seer is still better tho even with this new style right?

Depends on the playstyle. Bloodhound beats Seer our more as the aggressive sort of selfish style recon legend. The scans help the team but this rework basically gives Hound a very frequent ultimate meaning that you're going to be super fast and aggressive a lot. Catalyst on the other hand helps the team play a little safer, slower, and more methodical but can be devastating with using his ultimate to know enemy positions at all times. As a recon legend I think Seer > Bloodhound but if you want to be aggressive and get tons of kills I think Hound is better than Seer in that regard

so, my buddies flame me saying I scan wrong, which I argue I don't, but I am trying to get better. Could you do a comprehensive guide on that?(if you don't have 1 already)

What do they say you are doing wrong with the scan? It's pretty simple really: initiate fights with a scan very early. Scan basically every time it comes off cooldown in a fight unless youre out of cover or fighting. Scan when you're going through unknown areas where enemies could he hiding. If you get scanned then be sure to scan their team back. Scan enemy smokes and caustic gasses for your teammates to try and see through

@GrizzyyG mostly just that I never "time it right" but yet when I scan we push, as you do and then like 5 seconds later they ask me again...I think they're still not entirely used to the change

Thanks for pointing that out!!!! When I was checking the timer it was TDM, could you imagine getting extra time for kills in TDM? You'd be in ult all game 😂
