Thank you kristina Micholic, Kate Hipkin and the 47 subscribers that gave me thumbs up. Here's a quick story. I had a stroke when l was 49 I'm 54 now. I was diagnosed with chronic diastolic congestive heart failure months later in 2017. l wasn't expected to live long because the excess weight was making it difficult to breathe. I have copd and asthma. I signed a Dnr( do not resitate) in January 2017l had give up hope. Gastric bypass surgery was offered but l declined. I needed both knees replaced but l weighed to much for the surgery plus I'm diabetic so they did want to do the surgery.I have always lived music so l start watching nicole Kirkland videos l sat at the edge of my bed or my recliner and l would dance with her. I have the hair whip down pat that's how l was able to decrease the size of my neck lol What great is l haven't gained any weight back but l haven't stop watching her videos. I am now a candidate for total knee replacement l put in 3 + years of hard work. I'm so grateful l can't wait until l can stand up and dance. I'm so very greatful to be alive and to share my story and hopefully inspire others

Yes Wow. Choreo was so incredible on this! I'm blown away (again!). And ya, so many people are commenting on Howard, I'm trying to figure out who the second, tall dancer was in front. Girl was so flawless...so clean.. moved so beautifully - especially as a tall girl - wow. Super impressive.

Girl I love this, I spent a year and change in the ICU unable to move then wheel chair the walker and cane in my early 30's. I lost 5+ years of freedom of mobility it was music that made me forget limits. 7 times I was told to stop torturing myself I will never walk again.... 7 times I did it even after they took my hip out and paralyzed me. Now I'm hipless, short on 1 side so I limp but I got this vid on everyday and dance 💃 best as I can. Keep slaying chica, you are stronger than most We face challenges others couldn't understand and that makes us super bad ass. Xoxoxo sis

I made a song and dance called "twerkin in my wheelchair" in a nursing home. 😆 the assistants laughed at me 3 months later I impossibly walked literal circles around them in the physical therapy room W/ MY WALKER then deadpan said ONLY GOD CAN TELL. ME I CANT!!

This bought tears to my eyes! We really do have true power within us beyond what most could comprehend! I still get funny looks when I say becoming differently abled was a gift. But I feel that way because I don’t think I was living for me at all prior. No idea who I truly was! It’s been 12 years since I finally had to move to “Wheelz”. And she and I rock and shine as one.
