Started as a European brand, now it is owned by Canadian Tire. =)
Helly Hansen Technical Jackets are something I am always checking for at thrift stores or garage sales. They make quality stuff and are great things to sell ebay to make money because the market for second hand products is very strong.

I can definitely tell you after using mostly Helly stuff for the past 5-8 years, it’s worth the price, everything I’ve gotten has held up to time, and looks brand new, and I use it all often in the winter here in Canada. My whole family uses it, all very active, no complaints.

This stuff is hugely popular in Canada. Almost all my work gear base layers are HH and I work down to -40C temp, -45C with the wind chill, definitely quality products.

Helly Hansen is a DMV jacket. Come to the DC area during the Fall/Winter. There EVERYWHERE

Never knew Helly Hansen existed prior to this year when I bought their Dubliner Navy blue Waterproof jacket, from Amazon, and so far It's kept me warm and dry. HH is the goat unlike the wannabes at Colombia.

Yeah it's pretty uncommon. Some of there stuff is good, most is crap. Like most brands 🤣
