Just took a look at the part you're talking about, yep! I think I just misspoke there, because when I was playing the Omni, I talked about how I could play the land, because free grazer off Omni would be a way to get Lair into play. I was definitely playing towards the Lair kill prior to that.

Not sure I agree with this? I think I mostly always had the option to make black or green as needed via untapped fields, other than that, blue generally most useful in the blind, so trying to maximize blue.

@@MinT_x33 in the situations where you are resolving multiple pours, floating two black effectively eliminates the low percentage brick states you can run into. Ex. Remember i am qualifying this that you were hitting really bad variance, but imagine the difference if you have 4 blue floating vs 2 blue and 2 black during resolution of your impulse at 9:36. There were several cases in these matches where the opportunity cost to float a single black and then another single black is effectively zero and the payoff is you can potentially spike emergent ultimatum instead of having to take something else or rely on more spells to get the require colors/amounts. Its a little hard to demonstrate strictly in writing, but i hope that helps.

@@MinT_x33it is clear to me you play and know the deck pretty well, for what its worth. Im not trashing you or the deck. I just think you are missing some small tapping optimizations that are available and can add percentage points. Its good content. Thanks for making it!

@@MinT_x33oh also sorry if this is a bombardment or stream of consciousness, but i recommend -3 mystical dispute +2-3 narsets reversal in the sideboard. The reversal is way better in the control matchups, and not by a little. That could free up a slot for a second dromoka vs the tempo decks like phoenix which is better than the dispute against them. @PrinceofPain1776 I understand what you mean, in that impulse situation though, floating black only helps if we specifically hit ultimatum, petition isn't really a reasonable thing to take in that spot, and the likelihood that I need to bail out double charm or something using the green, given that I'm not dead the next turn.

yeahhh definitely a pretty big throw that fortunately didn't end up mattering.
